Chemspec International Limited or Chemspec (NYSE: CPC), is a
leading manufacturer of high-quality specialty chemicals, in particular,
fluorinated organic chemicals scaling from kilograms to tens of metric tons for
pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and electronics industries. We are recruiting a
couple of Process R&D Project Managers for the following
responsibilities (but not limited to):

Design new scalable synthesis routes;

Scale up to pilot run;

Lead and supervise a team of 4-8 junior chemists;

Report to R&D VP.
With the following qualifications:
-
Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry. Interested in practical, eco-friendly
synthesis route design. Process chemistry experience is a plus.

Good working knowledge of physical chemistry, e.g., chemical kinetics, fluid
mechanics and etc.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Good communication and presentation
skills.

A good team player.
